Origin
All orders from this website are shipped from Maui, Hawai‘i, USA. We take great care in packaging every paddle and accessory to ensure it arrives safely and ready for the water.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information.
Please note that during peak seasons, holidays, or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Carriers
We ship using USPS and UPS, depending on destination, order size, and service availability. Shipping options and rates will be calculated automatically at checkout.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
- Orders shipped within the United States (including the mainland and outer islands) typically arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch when choosing Priority shipping.
- Remote areas or large/oversized items may take additional time.
International Shipping
We offer worldwide shipping on most products. Delivery times vary by destination and can range from 7–21 business days, depending on the selected service.
Some countries may experience longer transit times due to customs or local postal handling.
Please note: Due to the oversized nature of outrigger canoe paddles, we are unable to ship to certain countries where size restrictions apply. If your destination is unavailable at checkout, please contact us to discuss alternate shipping options.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
We recommend checking with your local customs office for details before ordering.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this to monitor your shipment’s progress via the carrier’s website.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
We’re happy to assist where possible, but once an item has shipped, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier.
Local Pickup (Maui)
For customers on Maui, we offer free local pickup. You can select this option at checkout. Once your order is ready, we’ll contact you to arrange a pickup time and location.
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently do not ship to certain countries due to oversized package limits or carrier restrictions.
- UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes for oversized items. USPS can sometimes deliver to P.O. Boxes and might hold for pickup. Please check with your local carrier before ordering
