Warranty Policy

We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our paddles. We stand behind our work. This warranty is our promise to you — that your paddle will perform as it should when cared for properly.

Warranty Coverage

All paddles come with a one-year limited warranty from the original date of purchase.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects only — such as structural or material flaws that affect the paddle’s performance.

If a defect is confirmed, we’ll replace the paddle at no charge, including shipping.

What’s Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage from impact, misuse, or abuse
  • Damage caused by exposure to heat, sun, or saltwater neglect
  • Cosmetic issues that don’t affect performance (such as minor scuffs or scratches)
  • Paddles purchased secondhand or from unauthorized sellers

This warranty applies only to the original owner and is non-transferable.

What You’ll Need

To start a warranty claim, please provide:

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
  • Clear photos of the paddle and the issue
  • A detailed description of what occurred and how the damage was discovered

How to Make a Claim

Please contact the place of purchase to begin your warranty claim.

  •  If you bought directly from us, contact us via Palafamala@gmail.com
  •  If you purchased through a local dealer, please contact them first — they’ll help coordinate the process with us.

Shipping Costs

If your claim is approved and the issue is verified as a manufacturing defect, we’ll cover all shipping costs for the replacement paddle.

If the issue is found not to be a defect, return shipping may be the customer’s responsibility.

Resolution

If your paddle qualifies under warranty, we’ll replace it with a new or equivalent model.

Warranty replacements do not extend or restart the original one-year warranty period.
